Ordering and Shipping:
Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order, simply browse our website and add items to your cart. Once you've finished shopping, click "Checkout" and follow the prompts to enter your payment and shipping information.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.
Q: What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
A: We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Q: Are your products gluten-free or vegan?
A: Not yet , we definitely plan to add more options for customers with different tastes due to health and lifestyle changes very soon ! . Please note that while we take steps to avoid cross-contamination, our bakery is not dedicated gluten-free or vegan facility.
Q: Can I customize my baked goods with special orders or flavors?
A: Yes! We offer custom ordering options for many of our baked goods. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs on our instagram @thetripkle7 via DM and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Returns & Payments :
Q: Can I return or exchange an item if I'm not satisfied?

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order up until 24 hours before shipping. Please contact us to initiate the cancellation process.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Q: Can I get a refund or store credit if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
A: We do not do refunds as stated in our Refund Policy but we will definitely replace your damaged or incorrect item ! We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue immediately.
